Thanks for stepping inside our virtual Libertarian community center. We
want you to feel welcome here. Take your time. Each room or area of
Libertarian Place has something a little different, but it's all here
to help you discover what could be your new political home.
But first, a word about how to approach this site. - Libertarians are a dynamic, diverse group.
- Some of the positions and ideas you will read here may seem extreme at first glance but....
- We challenge you to keep an open mind.
- Every
position we present will have a section either on the issue page, on a
separate page, or both, that attempts to frame the benefits of each
position for the average voter. Be on the look out for the heading What's In it For Me?
- Like any other political party or organization, not all Libertarians agree
with all of the individual positions and ideas advocated by the Party
officially or by leading voices within the party, or the movement. If
you feel that you generally feel at home with what you see here, we
encourage you to make yourselves at home.
