HealthCareReform: What's in it for Me?

Not a bad deal: Lower Premiums for Catastrophic Care
Routine Care Cut in Half
We have proposed a return to the concept of true insurance as the basis for our solution to the healthcare crisis. We have proposed changes in the delivery of services and the way providers budget and bill for care. The benefits to the average voter are obvious, almost to the point of needing no explanation. We would dramatically reduce the cost both of health insurance and medical care, a win/win.
Of course people will have to get used to paying out of pocket for routine care, but the savings in insurance premiums as well as the savings in the cost of routine care should more than make up the difference.
